EQUIPMENT FEATURES

On SL600 corrugated pipe extruder, the mid-sized double wall corrugated pipes are produced for drainage and sewage.
Moulds are compatible with SL300, SL800, SL1000 and SL1200.
The corrugator is available in two different lengths.

Cooling mandrel is made of the aluminium alloy and has a wear resistance layer on the discharge, high cooling efficiency and longer life service life. Fast changeover time.
	CORRUGATOR Closed loop pressure water cooling system-high forming efficiency. Advanced and high-strength structural design ensures stable production. Powerful and high-automatic vacuum Fast moulds' changeover process. Equipped with water temperature control system. Touch screen technology with different languages. PCC control system.
	MOULD Made of high-quality aluminium alloy. Water-cooled moulds guarantee high cooling efficiency and high output. Water temperature control system ensures excellent pipe quality. Moulds are compatible with different corrugators. Fast changeover time.
